“My daughter’s dream job is to open a “cupcake bakery.”  My daughter picked this class as a good fit for her dream job.  I have seen her blossom in many areas connected with this class. She says, “I love her (Mrs. Caddell’s) class and how I have so much fun every week learning new things.  I get to see how we use new techniques to add to the skills we learned earlier.    When I bring home the decorated cupcakes, everyone loves them. I learn so much from this class. I also like teaching others how to do the different techniques I have learned.”  In addition to the practical skills being taught,  I see my child learning confidence and then brightening other’s days when she shares her treats with family, friends and our church members.  This class is SO much more than cupcakes, cookies, and icing….it builds her self-esteem…and THAT is priceless.”
