 11        Registration Deadline – only manual registrations after this date – subject to availability, teacher approval, and a $20 late registration fee.

28        Co-op Kick-Off Meeting and Meet the Teacher night, 5pm-9pm at Oak Ridge Baptist Church.  Join us for a fun come-and-go event where you can make new connections, meet the teachers and FACET board of directors, pay supply fees, and get ready for the school year! At least ONE parent from EACH family REQUIRED to attend a quick orientation meeting in the sanctuary AND pick up your family’s name tags for the year.

5:45pm Orientation: Families with last names N-Z

There will be a cookie fellowship in the gym  from 5:00-7:00pm.  Please join us, hug some necks, and meet some new faces when you are done with or waiting for orientation!   A parent from each family is also required to sign for and receive the family name tags for the year while in the gym. Once received, any replacement nametags needed will be $20, and students will not be able to attend class until they are made.

Meet-the-Teacher night will take place in classrooms from 6:30-9:00pm.  

(Fall semester supply fees due – paid directly to the teacher.)

August 2025

18-21    FACET 2025/2026 Fall Semester begins.  August/December tuition due – paid directly to the teachers.  (PLEASE NOTE: This tuition payment covers the partial month in August and the partial month in December; no tuition will be due in December.)

September 2025

1-4        September tuition due – paid directly to the teachers.

October 2025

6-9        October tuition due – paid directly to the teachers.

November 2025

3-6         November tuition due – paid directly to the teachers.

20           FACET Friendsgiving Potluck

24-27     Thanksgiving Break

December 2025

8-11         Last week of fall semester

January 2026

12-15       Spring semester begins.  Spring supply fees due; January tuition due – both paid directly to the teachers

PLEASE NOTE: Tuition payments will continue to be due the first week of February, March and April – paid directly to the teacher.  No tuition payment is due in May.
